You get paid, we take 8%
Collect payment directly from the homeowner on site. Submit your invoice through the platform. We charge 8% of the job value, capped at $400. That's it.
For project jobs over $5,000
You'll compete against one other verified contractor — not five. Best quote wins. The contractor who isn't selected gets notified and stays in the rotation for the next project in their area.

I’ve seen what bad contractors do to good people. My best friend lost $13,000 to one. I lost a kitchen renovation deposit to another. Between us, we had no way to fight back — because we had no way to verify who we were hiring in the first place.

Is VerifiedPros really free for contractors?
The Free tier is free forever — no monthly fee, no per-lead charges. You only pay 8% when you complete a job and get paid. If you want professional invoicing, expense tracking, a client book, and a lower 5% fee — Pro is $49/month. Elite is $99/month with priority dispatch and a 3% fee. There is no pressure to upgrade. The free tier gets you real leads and real earnings indefinitely.
How is the platform fee collected?
After you submit an invoice through the platform, VerifiedPros automatically calculates the 8% fee and charges your card on file. You receive a receipt immediately. Fees are never collected before a job is completed and invoiced.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is needed to apply or join. Once you're approved and ready to receive leads, you'll add a payment method so we can collect the 8% platform fee after completed jobs. You are never charged before a job is done.
What counts as an emergency job?
A job marked HIGH urgency in one of: Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, Roofing, or Appliance Repair. Emergency jobs are dispatched differently — two verified contractors at once, so the homeowner gets an answer fast — but they cost you exactly the same: 8%, capped at $400. We do not charge more because someone is having a bad day.
What if I get zero leads in a month?
If we send you zero job dispatches in a full calendar month, you receive an email from us with an explanation and a plan. We review your trade and zone settings and work to improve your match volume. Since we only charge on completed jobs, there is nothing to refund — but we take it seriously.
