Yes, completely. We charge contractors a monthly subscription and a small commission on completed jobs. You never pay anything to post a job or get matched.
How do you verify contractors?
We check every contractor's licence directly with the provincial authority — ESA for electricians, TSSA for HVAC and plumbers, OCOT for other trades. We also verify WSIB clearance and review their insurance certificate.
How quickly will I be matched?
Most homeowners are matched within 2 hours during business hours. Jobs posted in the evening are typically matched the next morning.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Our 30-day resolution guarantee means we'll facilitate a resolution between you and your contractor. Contractors who don't make it right don't stay on our platform.
